International Festival “BUDVA DANCING 2025” – 22.05.2025 to 26.05.2025 (23.05.2025 to 26.05.2025)

Dear Sir or Madam,   The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festival “BUDVA DANCING 2025” that will take place in Budva, most famous holiday place on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro from 22.05.2025 to 26.05.2025. There is possibility for 3 nights stay from 23.05.2025 to 26.05.2025.   Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival.   CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL   Accommodation All groups will be accommodated in Hotel Park - Budva, with breakfast and dinner included. Accommodation is of high quality, with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator in most rooms, close to the beach. Groups will be accommodated in double and triple rooms with private bathrooms. Link from the hotel: http://hotelparkbudva.com/en/accomodation-hotel-park.html   Depending on the type of accommodation and number of nights, the price is as follows:   115 euro per person for 3 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner) 145 euro per person for 4 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)     For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.   Important: Touristic tax and insurance of 1,5 EUR per person per day is not included in above prices and should be paid together with the accommodation cost.   The total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival, in cash or in organizer account prior the festival.   The groups have to arrive in Budva on 23.05. (24.05. for 3-nights staying) starting with dinner and have to depart on 27.05.2025 after the breakfast.   Application fee All applications should be confirmed with application fee of 500 EUR required for a booking of the accommodation. This fee is part of the accommodation costs and must be made payable in full to the organizer account. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the participants. Any banking costs that arise must be paid by the applicant. If a group cancels its appearance of its own accord, it will have no right to a refund (unless for justified reasons, such as a ban or travel restriction due to a pandemic, then the payment can be used next year).   Registration: Deadline for registration to participate in the festival is 15.02.2025. Until this deadline all Groups that apply to the festival should send application form and pay the application fee to the account of the organizer (will be provided after receiving the application form).   Until 15.03.2025 all groups should send 2 pictures suitable for reproduction in flyer/brochure and short biography of the group.     Travel expenses Folklore groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure to the festival. In case some group arrive by plane, we can organize the bus transfer from and to the airport of Podgorica or Tivat. Cost for this bus transfer should be paid by the group.     Performance The groups have to prepare the performing program of 10 min per performance. The play-back (CD or USB) is allowed. There is possibility for 3 nights stay from 19.06.2025 to 22.06.2025.   Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival.   CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL   Accommodation All groups will be accommodated in apartments or hotels in center of Budva, with breakfast and dinner included. The rooms in the apartments are with 3, 4 (2+2 rooms) and 5 (2+3 rooms) beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds  rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. More double rooms at the request of the group depends on the structure of the hotel/apartment room and an extra charge for accommodation per person is possible.
