Dear Sir or Madam,   The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on International Folk Festivals that will take place in Ohrid on the following dates: 24.04. - 28.04.2025.   Conditions of the festival: The festival will take place in Ohrid, protected city and lake of UNESCO with reach historical and cultural past. Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival. The number of members is not limited, but depends of the capacity of the hotel (all ages are allowed). The groups will be accommodated in hotels or in children hostel (accommodation is depending of the group choice). The price for 4 nights HB basis(breakfast and dinner) is 135 EUR/per member for 3 stars hotels (Montenegrin, Congress Center, City Inn, Cingo, Kocarev ), 150 EUR/per member for hotel Pela and Village. The price for 3 days HB (breakfast and dinner) is 105 EUR per member for 3 stars hotels, 115 EUR per member for Pela and Village. The rooms in the hotels are with 3 and 4 beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. More double rooms at the request of the group depends on the structure of the hotel/apartment room and an extra charge for accommodation per person is possible. For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. The rooms in the hostel are with 6 - 8 beds. All rooms have own toilet and shower. The price for 4 days in the hostel Full Board (3 meals/per day included) is 110 EUR/per member. For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. The hostel is only available for children and youth groups. Important: the tourist tax of 0.7 EUR per person per day is not included in the price and should be paid together with the accommodation costs. International Festival “BUDVA DANCING 2025” – 22.05.2025 to 26.05.2025 (23.05.2025 to 26.05.2025)

Dear Sir or Madam,   The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festival “BUDVA DANCING 2025” that will take place in Budva, most famous holiday place on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro from 22.05.2025 to 26.05.2025. There is possibility for 3 nights stay from 23.05.2025 to 26.05.2025.   Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival.   CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL   Accommodation All groups will be accommodated in Hotel Park - Budva, with breakfast and dinner included. Accommodation is of high quality, with air conditioning, TV, refrigerator in most rooms, close to the beach. Groups will be accommodated in double and triple rooms with private bathrooms. Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival. The age of the participants is not limited.   CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL   Accommodation Accommodation of all Ensemble members is in apartments in Paralia or Olympic Beach, with breakfast and dinner. Accommodation is organized by the organizer of this festival together with the Greek partner from Paralia. The rooms are with 3 and 4 beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. The rooms in the hostel are with 6 - 8 beds. All rooms have own toilet and shower. International Festival “CULTURAL SUMMER KRALJEVICA 2025” – Kraljevica, Croatia

Dear Sir or Madam, The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje and Folk Music Club "TERPSIHORA" - Banja Luka invites you to take a part on the International Festival "CULTURAL SUMMER KRALJEVICA 2025" that will take place in Kraljevica, a famous summer resorts on the Adriatic coast of Croatia, about twenty kilometers south of Rijeka from 06.08.2025 to 10.08.2025. CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL Accommodation in Hotel „Uvala Scott“ Kraljevica: Accommodation is in Hotel „Uvala Scott“ with breakfast and dinner for 4 nights. The accommodation is located above the beach itself, the rooms are with 3 beds with private bathrooms. For the period of 4 nights the price is as follows: 195 euros per person for 4 nights on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner) For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. Important: Touristic tax and insurance of 1,75 EUR per person per day is not included in above prices and should be paid together with the accommodation cost. Payment: As confirmation of its participation in the festival, the group should pay 500€ in advance and the rest not later than 20 days before the festival by bank transfer to the organizer account. Please note that the hotel do not accept payment in cash and required payment in full by bank transfer. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the participants. Any banking costs that arise must be paid by the applicant. If a group cancels its appearance of its own accord, it will have no right to a refund of the advanced payment. Cancellation per participant: The groups need to send the final number of participants to the organizer no later than 45 days before arriving to the festival. If some person from the group cancel, the hotel requested penalty fee that must be paid to the hotel for that person: if cancellation is from 30-44 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount should be paid if cancellation is 15-29 days before arrival, 75% of the total amount should be paid 100% of the amount should be paid if cancellation is up to 14 days before arrival Registration: Deadline for registration to participate in the festival is 15.03.2025. Until this deadline all Groups that apply to the festival should send application form and pay the application fee to the account of the organizer (will be provided after receiving the application form). Because of limited capacity of the hotel, the reservations are made only with advance payment. In order to keep you place in the hotel, we recommend you to make a reservation as soon as possible, because reservations are made according to the "first payment - first reservation" principle. Until 15.04.2025 all groups should send final list of participants, 2 pictures suitable for reproduction in flyer/brochure and short biography of the group.
