DESCRIPTION:Dear Sir or Madam\, \n  \nThe Folklore Association “Igraorec” – Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festival “BUDVA DANCING 2026” that will take place in Budva\, most famous holiday place on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro from 18.06.2026 to 22.06.2026. \n  \nFolklore groups\, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams\, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival. \n  \nCONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL \n  \nAccommodation \nAll groups will be accommodated in apartments and villas – Budva\, with breakfast and dinner included. Accommodation is of high quality\, with air conditioning\, TV\, refrigerator in most rooms\, close to the beach. Groups will be accommodated in triple and quadruple rooms with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. \n  \nDepending on the type of accommodation and number of nights\, the price is as follows: \n  \n\n155 euro per person for 4 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)\n\n  \n  \nFor every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. \n  \nImportant: Touristic tax and insurance of 1\,5 EUR per person per day is not included in above prices and should be paid together with the accommodation cost. \n  \nThe total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival\, in cash or in organizer account prior the festival. \n  \nThe groups have to arrive in Budva on 18.06. starting with dinner and have to depart on 22.06.2026 after the breakfast. \n  \n  \nApplication fee \nAll applications should be confirmed with application fee of 500 EUR required for a booking of the accommodation. This fee is part of the accommodation costs and must be made payable in full to the organizer account. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the participants. Any banking costs that arise must be paid by the applicant. If a group cancels its appearance of its own accord\, it will have no right to a refund (unless for justified reasons\, such as a ban or travel restriction due to a pandemic\, then the payment can be used next year). \n  \nRegistration: \nDeadline for registration to participate in the festival is 31.01.2026. Until this deadline all Groups that apply to the festival should send application form and pay the application fee to the account of the organizer (will be provided after receiving the application form). \n  \nUntil 31.01.2026 all groups should send 2 pictures suitable for reproduction in flyer/brochure and short biography of the group. \n  \n  \nTravel expenses  \nFolklore groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure to the festival. In case some group arrive by plane\, we can organize the bus transfer from and to the airport of Podgorica or Tivat. Cost for this bus transfer should be paid by the group. \n  \n  \nPerformance \nThe groups have to prepare the performing program of 10-15 min per performance. The play-back (CD or USB) is allowed. DESCRIPTION:Dear Sir or Madam\, \n  \nThe Folklore Association “Igraorec” – Skopje invites you to take a part on International Folk Festivals that will take place in Ohrid on the following dates: 23.04. – 26.04.2026\, 21.05 – 25.05.2026\, 11.06. – 15.06.2026\, 07.07. – 11.07.2026\, 11.07. – 15.07.2026\, 15.08. – 19.08.2026\, 19.08. – 23.08.2026 i 01.10. –  04.10.2026. \n  \nConditions of the festival: \n\nThe festival will take place in Ohrid\, protected city and lake of UNESCO with reach historical and cultural past.\nFolklore groups\, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams\, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival.\nThe number of members is not limited\, but depends of the capacity of the hotel (all ages are allowed).\nThe groups will be accommodated in hotels or in children hostel (accommodation is depending of the group choice).\nThe price for 4 nightsHB basis(breakfast and dinner) is 135 EUR/per member for 3 stars hotels (Montenegrin\, Congress Center\, City Inn\, Ohridati Palace\, Kocarev etc.)\, 155 EUR/per member for hotel Pela.\nThe price for 3 daysHB (breakfast and dinner) is 105 EUR per member for 3 stars hotels\, 120 EUR per member for Pela. DESCRIPTION:Dear Sir or Madam\, \n  \nThe Folklore Association “Igraorec” – Skopje and Folk Music Club “TERPSIHORA” – Banja Luka invites you to take a part on the International Festival “SONG AND DANCE OF THE ADRIATIC 2026” that will take place in Kraljevica\, a famous summer resorts on the Adriatic coast of Croatia\, about twenty kilometers south of Rijeka from 06.08.2026 to 10.08.2026. \n  \nCONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL \n  \nAccommodation in Hotel „Uvala Scott“ Kraljevica: \nAccommodation is in Hotel „Uvala Scott“ with breakfast and dinner for 4 nights. The accommodation is located above the beach itself\, the rooms are with 3 beds with private bathrooms. \nAccommodation in the rooms with 2 beds is provided for leaders and drivers. If your ensemble needs more rooms with 2 beds\, we can provide it for an additional fee (5 euros per person per day). \n  \nFor the period of 4 nights the price is as follows: \n  \n\n204 euros per person for 4 nights on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner)\n\n  \nFor every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. \n  \nImportant: Touristic tax and insurance of 1\,60 EUR per person per day is not included in above prices and should be paid together with the accommodation cost. \n  \nPayment: \nAs confirmation of its participation in the festival\, the group should pay 500€ in advance and the rest not later than 20 days before the festival by bank transfer to the organizer account. If a group cancels its appearance of its own accord\, it will have no right to a refund of the advanced payment. \n  \nCancellation per participant:  \nThe groups need to send the final number of participants to the organizer no later than 45 days before arriving to the festival. \nIf some person from the group cancel\, the hotel requested penalty fee that must be paid to the hotel for that person: \n\nif cancellation is from 30-44 days before arrival\, 30% of the total amount should be paid\nif cancellation is 15-29 days before arrival\, 75% of the total amount should be paid\n100% of the amount should be paid if cancellation is up to 14 days before arrival\n\n  \nRegistration: \nDeadline for registration to participate in the festival is 28.02.2026. DESCRIPTION:Dear Sir or Madam\, \n  \nThe Folklore Association “Igraorec” – Skopje invites you to take a part on International Folk Festivals that will take place in Ohrid on the following dates: 23.04. – 26.04.2026\, 21.05 – 25.05.2026\, 11.06. – 15.06.2026\, 07.07. – 11.07.2026\, 11.07. – 15.07.2026\, 15.08. – 19.08.2026\, 19.08. – 23.08.2026 i 01.10. –  04.10.2026. \n  \nConditions of the festival: \n\nThe festival will take place in Ohrid\, protected city and lake of UNESCO with reach historical and cultural past.\nFolklore groups\, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams\, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival.\nThe number of members is not limited\, but depends of the capacity of the hotel (all ages are allowed).\nThe groups will be accommodated in hotels or in children hostel (accommodation is depending of the group choice).\nThe price for 4 nightsHB basis(breakfast and dinner) is 135 EUR/per member for 3 stars hotels (Montenegrin\, Congress Center\, City Inn\, Ohridati Palace\, Kocarev etc.)\, 155 EUR/per member for hotel Pela.\nThe price for 3 daysHB (breakfast and dinner) is 105 EUR per member for 3 stars hotels\, 120 EUR per member for Pela. The rooms in the hotels are with 3 and 4 beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. More double rooms at the request of the group depends on the structure of the hotel/apartment room and an extra charge for accommodation per person is possible. For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.\nThe rooms in the hostel Slavejche are with 3 – 7 beds. All rooms have own toilet and shower. The price for 4 days in the hostel Full Board (3 meals/per day included) is 110 EUR/per member. For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.\nImportant: the tourist tax of 0.7 EUR per person per day is not included in the price and should be paid together with the accommodation costs.\nThe total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival\, in cash or in organizer account prior the festival.\nThe group can prolong their stay to 5 or more days. Please ask organizer for the accommodation price.\nAll applications should be confirmed with application fee of 500 EURrequired for a booking of the hotels/hostels. This fee is part of the accommodation costs and must be made payable in full to the organizer account. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the participants. Any banking costs that arise must be paid by the applicant. DESCRIPTION:Dear Sir or Madam\, \n  \nThe Folklore Association “Igraorec” – Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festival “BUDVA DANCING 2026” that will take place in Budva\, most famous holiday place on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro from 26.08.2026 to 31.08.2026. There is possibility for 4 nights stay from 26.08.2026 to 30.08.2026 or 27.08.2026 to 31.08.2026. \n  \nFolklore groups\, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams\, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival. \n  \nCONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL \n  \nAccommodation \nAll groups will be accommodated in apartments or villas in center of Budva\, with breakfast and dinner included. \nThe rooms in the apartments are with 3\, 4 (2+2 rooms) and 5 (2+3 rooms) beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds  rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. Accommodation is high quality\, with air-condition\, TV\, fridge in the most of the rooms\, close to the  Slovenska beach and in walking distance to the old town of Budva. \n  \nDepending number of nights that group will stay the price is: \n(towels and basic hygiene products are included in the price) \n  \n\n175 euro per person for 4 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)\n208 euro per person for 5 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)\n\n  \n  \nFor every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. \n  \nImportant: Touristic tax and insurance of 1\,5 EUR per person per day is not included in above prices and should be paid together with the accommodation cost. \n  \nThe total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival\, in cash or in organizer account prior the festival. \n  \nThe groups have to arrive in Budva on 26.08. (26.08. or 27.08 for 4 – nights staying) starting with dinner and have to depart on 31.08.2026 after the breakfast (30.08 or 31.08 for 4 nights staying).  \n  \nApplication fee \nAll applications should be confirmed with application fee of 500 EUR required for a booking of the accommodation. This fee is part of the accommodation costs and must be made payable in full to the organizer account. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the participants. Any banking costs that arise must be paid by the applicant. In case some group arrive by plane\, we can organize the bus transfer from and to the airport of Podgorica or Tivat. DESCRIPTION:Dear Sir or Madam\, \n  \nThe Folklore Association “Igraorec” – Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festivals that will take place in Leptokarya\, Pieria famous holiday place on the Aegean coast of Greece on the following dates: 02.09.2026 to 07.09.2026 \n  \nFolklore groups\, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams\, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival. The age of the participants is not limited. \n  \nCONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL \n  \nAccommodation \n  \nAccommodation of all Ensemble members is in Hotels Elli and Galaxy in Leptokarya\, with breakfast and dinner. Accommodation is organized by the organizer of this festival together with the Greek partner from Paralia. The rooms are with 4 beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. \n  \nDepending on the type of accommodation and number of nights\, the price is as follows: \n  \n\nAccommodation in Hotels in Leptokarija:\n\n(towels and basic hygiene products are included in the price) \n  \n200 euros per person for 5 nights on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner)  \n  \n  \nFor every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. \n  \nImportant: The tourist tax of 2 EUR per person per day is not included in above prices and should be paid together with the accommodation cost.  \n  \nThe total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival\, in cash. \n  \nRemark: Air conditioning can be used for an extra charge of 7 EUROS per room (not per person!) per day. \n  \n  \nApplication fee \nAll applications should be confirmed with application fee of 500 EUR required for a booking of the accommodation.
