17th International Folk Festival “ST. CYRIL AND METHODIUS” – 23.05.2024 – 27.05.2024

The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on 17th International Folk Festival “ST. CYRIL AND METHODIUS” that will take place in Ohrid on the following date 23.05.2024 - 27.05.2024.   Conditions of the festival:   The festival will take place in Ohrid, protected city and lake of UNESCO with reach historical and cultural past. Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival. The number of members is not limited, but depends of the capacity of the hotel (all ages are allowed). The groups will be accommodated in hotels or in children hostel (accommodation is depending of the group choice). The price for 4 nights HB basis(breakfast and dinner) is 120 EUR/per member for 3 stars hotels (Montenegrin, Congress Center, City Inn ), 140 EUR/per member for hotel Pela. The price for 3 days HB (breakfast and dinner) is 95 EUR per member for 3 stars hotels, 110 EUR per member for Pela. The rooms in the hotels are with 3 and 4 beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. More double rooms at the request of the group depends on the structure of the hotel/apartment room and an extra charge for accommodation per person is possible. For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. The rooms in the hostel are with 6 - 8 beds. All rooms have own toilet and shower. The price for 4 days in the hostel Full Board (3 meals/per day included) is 90 EUR/per member. The price for 5 days in the hostel Full Board (3 meals/per day included) is 110 EUR/per member. For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. The hostel is only available for children and youth groups. Important: the tourist tax of 0.7 EUR per person per day is not included in the price and should be paid together with the accommodation costs. The total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival, in cash or in organizer account prior the festival. The group can prolong their stay to 5 or more days. Please ask organizer for the accommodation price. All applications should be confirmed with application fee of 300 EUR required for a booking of the hotels/hostels. This fee is part of the accommodation costs and must be made payable in full to the organizer account. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the participants. Any banking costs that arise must be paid by the applicant. If a group cancels its appearance of its own accord, it will have no right to a refund (unless for justified reasons, such as a ban or travel restriction due to a pandemic, then the payment can be used next year). The groups have to prepare the performing program of 10 min per performance. The play-back (CD or USB) is allowed. There is possibility for 3 days stay from 24.05.2024 to 27.05.2024.   Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival.   CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL   Accommodation All groups will be accommodated in Apartments in center of Budva, with breakfast and dinner included. Accommodation is high quality, with air-condition, TV, fridge in the most of the rooms, close to the beach. The rooms are with 3 and 4 beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds  rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. More double rooms at the request of the group depends on the structure of the hotel/apartment room and an extra charge for accommodation per person is possible.   Depending on the type of accommodation and number of nights, the price is as follows:   105 euro per person for 3 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner) 135 euro per person for 4 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)   For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.   Important: Touristic tax and insurance of 1,5 EUR per person per day is not included in above prices and should be paid together with the accommodation cost.   The total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival, in cash or in organizer account prior the festival.   The groups have to arrive in Budva on 23.05. (24.05. for 3-days staying) starting with dinner and have to depart on 27.05.2024 after the breakfast.     Application fee All applications should be confirmed with application fee of 500 EUR required for a booking of the accommodation. The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festival “BUDVA DANCING 2024” that will take place in Budva, most famous holiday place on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro from 14.06.2024 to 19.06.2024. There is possibility for 4 days stay from 14.06.2024 to 18.06.2024.   Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival.   CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL   Accommodation All groups will be accommodated in apartments or hotels in center of Budva, with breakfast and dinner included. The rooms in the apartments are with 3, 4 (2+2 rooms) and 5 (2+3 rooms) beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds  rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. More double rooms at the request of the group depends on the structure of the hotel/apartment room and an extra charge for accommodation per person is possible. Accommodation is high quality, with air-condition, TV, fridge in the most of the rooms, close to the  Slovenska beach and in walking distance to the old town of Budva. The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festivals  that will take place in Paralia, Katerini famous holiday place on the Aegean coast of Greece on the following date 23.06.2024 - 28.06.2024   Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival.   CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL   Accommodation   Accommodation of all Ensemble members is in apartments in Paralia or Olympic Beach, with breakfast and dinner. Accommodation is organized by the organizer of this festival together with the Greek partner from Paralia. The rooms are with 3 and 4 beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds  rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. More double rooms at the request of the group depends on the structure of the hotel/apartment room and an extra charge for accommodation per person is possible.
