International Festival  “BUDVA DANCING 2026” – 26.08.2026 to 31.08.2026

Dear Sir or Madam,   The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festival “BUDVA DANCING 2026” that will take place in Budva, most famous holiday place on the Adriatic coast of Montenegro from 26.08.2026 to 31.08.2026. There is possibility for 4 nights stay from 26.08.2026 to 30.08.2026 or 27.08.2026 to 31.08.2026.   Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival.   CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL   Accommodation All groups will be accommodated in apartments or villas in center of Budva, with breakfast and dinner included. The rooms in the apartments are with 3, 4 (2+2 rooms) and 5 (2+3 rooms) beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds  rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. Accommodation is high quality, with air-condition, TV, fridge in the most of the rooms, close to the  Slovenska beach and in walking distance to the old town of Budva.   Depending number of nights that group will stay the price is: (towels and basic hygiene products are included in the price)   175 euro per person for 4 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner) 208 euro per person for 5 nights HB basis (breakfast and dinner)     For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.   Important: Touristic tax and insurance of 1,5 EUR per person per day is not included in above prices and should be paid together with the accommodation cost.   The total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival, in cash or in organizer account prior the festival.   The groups have to arrive in Budva on 26.08. (26.08. or 27.08 for 4 - nights staying) starting with dinner and have to depart on 31.08.2026 after the breakfast (30.08 or 31.08 for 4 nights staying).    Application fee All applications should be confirmed with application fee of 500 EUR required for a booking of the accommodation. This fee is part of the accommodation costs and must be made payable in full to the organizer account. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the participants. Any banking costs that arise must be paid by the applicant. If a group cancels its appearance of its own accord, it will have no right to a refund (unless for justified reasons, such as a ban or travel restriction due to a pandemic, then the payment can be used next year).   Registration: Deadline for registration to participate in the festival is 31.03.2026. Until this deadline all Groups that apply to the festival should send application form and pay the application fee to the account of the organizer (will be provided after receiving the application form).   Until 31.03.2026 all groups should send 2 pictures suitable for reproduction in flyer/brochure and short biography of the group.     Travel expenses Folklore groups should have there own transport for arrival and departure to the festival. In case some group arrive by plane, we can organize the bus transfer from and to the airport of Podgorica or Tivat. Cost for this bus transfer should be paid by the group.     Performance The groups have to prepare the performing program of 10-15 min per performance. The play-back (CD or USB) is allowed. International Folk Festival “LEPTOKARYA DANCING” – Leptokarya, Greece 02.09.2026 to 07.09.2026

Dear Sir or Madam,   The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on the International Festivals that will take place in Leptokarya, Pieria famous holiday place on the Aegean coast of Greece on the following dates: 02.09.2026 to 07.09.2026   Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival. The age of the participants is not limited.   CONDITIONS OF THE FESTIVAL   Accommodation   Accommodation of all Ensemble members is in Hotels Elli and Galaxy in Leptokarya, with breakfast and dinner. Accommodation is organized by the organizer of this festival together with the Greek partner from Paralia. The rooms are with 4 beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers.   Depending on the type of accommodation and number of nights, the price is as follows:   Accommodation in Hotels in Leptokarija: (towels and basic hygiene products are included in the price)   200 euros per person for 5 nights on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner)     For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member.   Important: The tourist tax of 2 EUR per person per day is not included in above prices and should be paid together with the accommodation cost.   The total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival, in cash.   Remark: Air conditioning can be used for an extra charge of 7 EUROS per room (not per person!) per day.     Application fee All applications should be confirmed with application fee of 500 EUR required for a booking of the accommodation. 4th International Folk Festival “VETERAN’S FESTIVAL”- 01.10.2026 to 04.10.2026

Dear Sir or Madam,   The Folklore Association “Igraorec” - Skopje invites you to take a part on International Folk Festivals that will take place in Ohrid on the following dates: 23.04. - 26.04.2026, 21.05 - 25.05.2026, 11.06. - 15.06.2026, 07.07. - 11.07.2026, 11.07. - 15.07.2026, 15.08. - 19.08.2026, 19.08. - 23.08.2026 i 01.10. -  04.10.2026.   Conditions of the festival: The festival will take place in Ohrid, protected city and lake of UNESCO with reach historical and cultural past. Folklore groups, Modern dance groups and Majorette Teams, Instrumental groups and Choirs can participate in the festival. The number of members is not limited, but depends of the capacity of the hotel (all ages are allowed). The groups will be accommodated in hotels or in children hostel (accommodation is depending of the group choice). The price for 4 nightsHB basis(breakfast and dinner) is 135 EUR/per member for 3 stars hotels (Montenegrin, Congress Center, City Inn, Ohridati Palace, Kocarev etc.), 155 EUR/per member for hotel Pela. The price for 3 daysHB (breakfast and dinner) is 105 EUR per member for 3 stars hotels, 120 EUR per member for Pela. The rooms in the hotels are with 3 and 4 beds with private bathrooms. The organizer provides two 2 beds rooms that can be used for leaders and drivers. More double rooms at the request of the group depends on the structure of the hotel/apartment room and an extra charge for accommodation per person is possible. For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. The rooms in the hostel Slavejche are with 3 - 7 beds. All rooms have own toilet and shower. The price for 4 days in the hostel Full Board (3 meals/per day included) is 110 EUR/per member. For every 25 members (including drivers) the organizer approves gratis accommodation for 1 member. Important: the tourist tax of 0.7 EUR per person per day is not included in the price and should be paid together with the accommodation costs. The total sum must be paid on the day of arrival on the festival, in cash or in organizer account prior the festival. The group can prolong their stay to 5 or more days. Please ask organizer for the accommodation price. All applications should be confirmed with application fee of 500 EURrequired for a booking of the hotels/hostels. This fee is part of the accommodation costs and must be made payable in full to the organizer account. The account number will be provided additionally after registration of the participants. Any banking costs that arise must be paid by the applicant. If a group cancels its appearance of its own accord, it will have no right to a refund (unless for justified reasons, such as a ban or travel restriction due to a pandemic, then the payment can be used next year). Hotel reservations are made after advance payment and the organizer does not guarantee that there will be a free place in the selected hotel, because reservations are made according to the "first payment - first reservation" principle.
